6. El encuentro se realizará en un hotel de cinco estrellas, reservado por el ganador.
7. Se prohíbe estrictamente cualquier forma de violencia, así como actividades que puedan comprometer su integridad física o moral, el uso de drogas o juguetes sexuales. El ganador debe estar sobrio.
8. El uso de preservativos es obligatorio en todo momento.
9. El acto sexual se limitará a relaciones vaginales con preservativo, sin incluir sexo oral ni anal.
10. El ganador deberá realizar un depósito del 30% del total antes del encuentro como garantía. El saldo restante se transferirá el día de la reunión.
11. Al momento de encontrarse, el ganador deberá abonar el 70% restante de su oferta.
12. Los pagos se podrán realizar a través de plataformas electrónicas o en efectivo.
13. En caso de que el pago no sea confirmado, la negociación se detendrá, el anticipo no será reembolsado y la subasta seguirá su curso.
14. La presencia de otra persona, a excepción del ganador, no está permitida durante la reunión.
15. No se permite grabar ni fotografiar el encuentro ni el acto sexual.
